AlphaMind™ offers a variety of investment opportunities reserved for accredited investors.
AlphaMind™ private placements are only available to Accredited Investors as defined by the SEC (US) and OSC (CA). Most individuals are not Accredited Investors. An individual must earn more than $200,000 a year for at least two years in a row before tax (or $300,000 per year with a spouse) and expect to exceed that income in the current calendar year, or have a net worth over $1 million, excluding their primary residence. Alternatively, an individual alone or with a spouse, who has net assets of more than $5 million.
Investment entities must have $5 million in liquid assets, or all beneficial owners must be Accredited Investors.
